Job Summary
Sales Executive's direct revenue generation from the designated area and assistance to GSA queries will contribute to the overall region's development. Responsible for building up long-term relations with existing long tail clients in assigned portfolio and GSA partners' teams.
MAIN FUNCTIONManage the e-registration of independent clients in assigned markets and our GSAs sub-agents from the onboarding to become a real client.
Carry out certain number of interactions per week with assigned portfolio to develop long-trusted relationships & discuss opportunities to increase their TTV & bookings.
Update sales interactions using the Salesforce CRM system (calls, tasks, opportunities)
Managing a large portfolio of retail clients (independent travel agencies, group branches, home brokers, etc...)
Assist assigned clients and GSA partners in the most important operational & financial issues.
Introduce successfully to our clients all current & future digital tools/automatizations available for them.
Assist GSAs Key Account Manager to complete GSA related tasks in CRM and other systems.
PURPOSEMaintain and grow relationships with your assigned portfolio of retail clients mainly by phone, e-mail & videocall, with the objective to achieve your TTV and OM growth targets.
Market representation: achieve client interactions targets by promoting Bedsonline.
Recovery: support the recovery of markets and clients by contacting dormant or low performing clients in order to help them produce again.
Client acquisitions: Manage the e-registration of our clients including GSA sub-agents from the onboarding to become a real client.
Digital transformation: participate in the creation of the new attention model for long tail clients by adopting a digital mindset and propose ideas on how to increase efficiency from a digital point of view.
REQUIREMENTSCandidate should ideally possess a Diploma or Professional Degree (but is not a must)
Min 1 year sales experience in the travel industry.
Fluent English (desirable) & market/region language (essential)
PC proficiency
An intermediate sales track record can substitute for lack of academic qualifications.
Basic knowledge of sales management in a hospitality set up.
Basic computer literacy and basic understanding of some technical solutions used by sales companies especially Sales Force & Tableau
Strong communication. High degree of interpersonal skills and ability to interact at a high level. Dynamic, outgoing personality, self-motivated, resourceful, highly independent, innovative, creative with high degree of customer service and result oriented.
Basic Microsoft skills (excel)
