Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and customer feedback
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to improve customer experience
Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
Strong understanding of sales techniques and business development
Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passed Matric
Valid SA ID
