As we continue to grow our B2C customer base, we're looking for confident, well-spoken individuals to join our remote

Outbound Sales Calling Team

-- ideally

UK expats living in South Africa

who understand the culture, tone, and rhythm of a British conversation.

The Role

You'll be making outbound calls to UK homeowners, simply asking if they require any electrical work in their property. This is

not hard selling

-- it's about sounding natural, friendly, and helpful. If they're interested, you'll log the job or transfer it to our in-house team in London.

Requirements:

Fluent and well-spoken in English (MUST) Must have a minimum of 1 - 3 years recent sales experience within the call centre environment. Minimum of two years experience in the Call centre/ Customer service environment.

Must have no other jobs/studies/exams to finish off.

Laptop or PC Operating System Windows 10/11 with a 64bit processor and 8GB RAM (No tablets or cellular devices). Computer literate. Fibre connection with a minimum upload and download speed of

30mbps

. Headset USB 2.0 connection

(No Bluetooth or Aux headsets)

. Smart phone with WhatsApp essential. Lan/Ethernet cable (plugged into Fibre router and computer for a stable connection). MUST have atleast 64BIT processor. MUST have atleast 8GB RAM. Backup power for your router and PC in case of a power outage. Eg. a UPS (Uninterrupted power supply) or a Generator.

(MUST last 4-8 hours)

All requirements must be met in order for your application to be successful.

Clear, confident English with a natural British tone Great phone presence and conversational ability Comfortable with outbound cold calls (scripts & training provided) A quiet workspace and reliable internet connection Previous sales, customer service, or electrical knowledge is a bonus
