We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive sales of our automotive services, including maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, and value-added products. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them understand our service offerings and ensuring a smooth and professional experience from quotation to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers, assess their service needs, and clearly explain available solutions.
Upsell additional services (e.g., brake pads, alignments, diagnostics, service plans) based on vehicle condition and manufacturer recommendations.
Prepare accurate job cards, quotations, and invoices using our service management software.
Follow up on open quotes and declined work to convert opportunities into sales.
Maintain relationships with repeat customers and create trust with new ones.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate estimates and service timelines.
Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance to management.
Stay up to date with automotive service trends, pricing, and competitors.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience in the automotive industry or related field.
Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Confident working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Computer literacy; experience with workshop software (advantageous).
Valid driver's license.

Basic: R10 000 + com (up to R50 000+)
