Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site assessments, diagnostics, preventative maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to customer equipment.
• Act as a product and process specialist, supporting immediate customer needs.
• Lead application development, product design, and new product introductions.
• Manage customer, supplier, and vendor relations.
• Identify new product opportunities and organize transfer meetings with sales, project management, and customers.
• Participate in project management and contribute to company committees or initiatives.
• Travel internationally as required.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering (Master's or MBA is advantageous).
• Minimum 5 years working with hydro plant machinery; experience in mechanical or electrical engineering; technical service delivery to customers.
• Knowledge of Non-Destructive Testing/Quality Assurance; expertise in manufacturing, field service, and commissioning; familiarity with on-site machining is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
