A Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechatronic or
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the technical or industrial sector
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
A strong background in B2B sales, business development, or marketing in a technical environment
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing market share
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients at all levels
Strong ability to translate customer needs into technical and commercially viable solutions
Exceptional communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure
Experience in capital-intensive industries and long-cycle investment projects
Knowledge or experience in thermal energy systems, steam or hot water systems is advantageous
Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools is a plus
