• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support the full sales cycle, from initial client interaction to final order placement.
• Complete technical data sheets and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Analyze client requirements and ensure that proposed solutions align with technical specifications and manufacturing capabilities.
• Follow established processes and systems to maintain consistency, traceability, and quality of work.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure accurate information transfer from sales to manufacturing.
• Maintain professional communication with clients to manage expectations and deliver excellent service.
• Work under varying workloads, including periods requiring high accuracy, quick turnaround times, and pressure handling.
• Participate actively as a collaborative member of the team to ensure seamless workflow between departments.

• Minimum Requirements:
• Technical diploma/degree (mechanical, industrial, or related field) is advantageous.
• Strong numerical aptitude and a sound technical background.
• Experience in technical sales, engineering support, or a similar role is beneficial.
• Ability to complete technical documentation with precision.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite essential).
