Non-Negotiable Requirements

  • Matric and a relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
  • Minimum 35 years of proven experience in solar sales
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Valid drivers license and own reliable transport
  • Must be based in KwaZulu-Natal and familiar with the local solar market
Job Experience & Skills Required
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in the solar sector
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of clients in commercial, industrial, and residential markets
  • Present tailored solar solutions and deliver persuasive technical proposals
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals to grow market share
  • Foster long-term client relationships through trust and technical expertise
  • Stay up to date on solar industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory updates
