Sales Enablement & GTM Operations Lead

Mission
Build and scale the operational and narrative backbone that empowers the sales organization to sell the company's AI-powered products with consistency, clarity, and impact.
You'll ensure every seller can articulate value across furniture retail, real estate, and consumer marketplaces, and that they're equipped with the content, systems, and training to do it efficiently at scale.
Core Responsibilities
1. Sales Enablement Infrastructure
Build a centralized Enablement Library with standardized templates, case studies, proposals, and ROI calculators.
Implement structured onboarding and continuous training for sales reps and partner managers.
Ensure all content reflects accurate product positioning, value drivers, and customer outcomes.
2. CRM & GTM Operations
Audit and optimize CRM setup (HubSpot or Salesforce) for clean data, clear stage definitions, and automated reporting.
Improve visibility into the lead ? demo ? close pipeline and enhance forecasting accuracy.
Automate repetitive workflows for quoting, proposals, and collateral requests.
3. Messaging & Narrative Development
Partner with Product and Marketing to align messaging for multiple verticals -- retail, real estate, and marketplace.
Craft clear, data-backed stories that communicate ROI (conversion lift, occupancy gains, AOV growth).
Deliver structured sales playbooks and demo scripts for consistent storytelling.
4. AI & Design-Driven Enablement
Leverage AI tools (Gamma, Tome, Notion AI, Descript, Runway, Synthesia) to automate collateral generation.
Maintain premium visual standards across all decks, videos, and interactive materials.
Reduce creation and turnaround time by 50% while elevating visual and narrative quality.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Product to capture feedback on new features and integrate updates into sales assets.
Collaborate with Marketing for go-to-market messaging and customer proof points.
Build closed feedback loops between sales, success, and marketing for continuous iteration.

Ideal Profile
Experience: 5-10 years in Sales Enablement, GTM Strategy, or Revenue Operations at a SaaS or AI-driven company.
Domain Background: E-commerce, proptech, design tech, or enterprise SaaS.
Tools: HubSpot or Salesforce, Notion, Figma, Gamma, Descript, Tableau or Looker.
Skills: Excellent written communication, analytical storytelling, and process architecture.
