Leveraging technology and well-thought-out hiring decisions, they provide A-class cleaning, hygiene, parking, and security services to well-recognized and established companies. They are looking for a strategic Sales Director who will be heading up and setting up the Cross Functional Sales division. With a staff complement of 3 and plans to aggressively grow the team in the near future, the successful incumbent will have stellar leadership skills, guiding the Sales Managers based in Cape Town and Durban and acting as a Sales Manager themselves for Gauteng. Your duties will include but are not limited to setting up standard operating procedures, getting involved in recruitment and staff management, acting as a hunter by bringing in new business for the company as well as ensuring that existing clients. To be considered for this role you must have at least 10 years' experience in a Sales position within the property services industry. 5 plus years' experience managing a team as well as streamlining processes is mandatory.
