Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales policies and initiatives to maximize profit targets and market competitiveness.
  • Align sales objectives with production capacity to achieve the most profitable sales and production mix.
  • Design and execute innovative pricing strategies and customer service offerings.
  • Monitor sales trends, analyze market conditions, and implement responsive strategies to drive growth.
  • Compile comprehensive sales budgets, influencing production and logistics/transportation budgets.
  • Analyze import statistics in collaboration with relevant authorities to inform capital expenditure decisions and support anti-dumping applications.
  • Lead, manage, and direct domestic, regional, and export sales teams to ensure effective strategy implementation.
  • Ensure alignment with overarching Group Strategy while adapting to prevailing market conditions.
Requirements:
  • Relevant Degree.
  • MBA
  • A deep understanding of economic principles, including supply and demand.
  • Proven business acumen and exceptional interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Strong negotiation, planning, and organizing abilities.
  • Demonstrated people management and leadership capabilities.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and presentation skills.
  • Significant experience in budgeting skills, including sales volumes, costs, and pricing.
  • 10 years of operational experience within a continuous manufacturing environment.
  • 5 years of experience in a Business-to-Business (B2B) sales environment.
  • 10 years of General Management experience within a continuous manufacturing environment.
  • Working knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in international markets and export sales.
  • Familiarity with advanced data analytics tools.
