About Our Client
Our client is a growing vacation rental management company operating in eight U.S. markets. They are evolving their sales structure to have on-the-ground General Managers own in-person relationships, while a dedicated remote team drives pipeline creation and appointment setting.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a disciplined and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to turn homeowner leads into booked meetings for our client's Market General Managers. This is a crucial role where you will be responsible for researching property owners, running a consistent and multi-touch outreach cadence, and putting qualified prospects directly on a GM's calendar.
Alongside appointment setting, you will help maintain the marketing engine through newsletters and social posts, and ensure all data in the CRM is accurate and up-to-date. This is an ideal role for a highly organized and persistent sales professional who excels at opening new doors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Research & Qualification: Research homeowner leads to validate contact information, property details, and existing Airbnb/VRBO listings.
Outbound Prospecting: Run a disciplined, multi-touch outreach cadence that includes personalized emails, handwritten notes, phone calls, and SMS messages.
Appointment Setting: Qualify prospects based on their needs and book same-week appointments directly on the Market GMs' calendars.
CRM Management: Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene by updating contact records, tracking all outreach outcomes, and logging detailed notes.
Marketing Support: Assist with marketing campaigns by managing Mailchimp/StayFi emails, creating Facebook/Instagram posts, and distributing newsletters to homeowners and realtors.
Process Improvement: Provide structured feedback from the field to help improve scripts, outreach cadences, and overall conversion rates.
What You Bring
Proven success in an outbound SDR, lead generation, or appointment-setting role.
Excellent spoken and written English, with prior experience engaging with U.S.-based customers.
A highly organized and disciplined approach, with the ability to manage a multi-touch outreach process effectively.
Strong research and data management skills.
The ability to work independently and adapt to the seasonal dynamics of the real estate market.
Bonus: Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, StayFi) is a strong plus.
Success in This Role Looks Like
Consistently booking a high number of qualified appointments for Market GMs each week.
Achieving a high appointment-to-meeting show rate.
Maintaining 100% accuracy and data hygiene in the CRM.
Successfully engaging the existing list of 5,000+ homeowner leads with a consistent outreach cadence.
