ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) Team Lead to manage and develop our growing SDR team. This role combines sales leadership, coaching, and strategic planning to drive team performance and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, committed to team development, and driven to achieve exceptional results while maintaining a positive team culture. You will leverage your expertise in sales management and conduct the team to expand the company's market presence.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve team targets
Coach and mentor SDRs to improve their performance and skills
Monitor KPIs and create performance reports
Collaborate with Client sales teams to optimise lead generation
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team training sessions
Maintain and optimise sales processes and best practices
Handle escalations and support complex prospecting situations
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of SDR/BDR experience with proven success
1+ years of team leadership or management experience
Experience working with the UK market
Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
