Position : Sales Development Representative
Work Hours (Client) : 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST
Holidays : Unlimited PTO
Pay Range : $1000 - $1500 USD/month Basic + Commission (varies based on skill set and experience level)
Location of Search : South Africa, Latin America

We are a rapidly growing turf installation franchising company on a mission to bring beautiful, sustainable outdoor spaces to communities across the U.S. As we continue to scale, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our team and help streamline workflows, support our executive team, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for inbound leads generated through our direct marketing efforts. Your goal is to qualify leads, understand their motivation, introduce the Waterloo Turf opportunity, and guide them toward the next steps in the sales process. The ideal candidate is confident, articulate, and driven to convert interest into opportunity.

  • Conduct 15-minute qualification calls with inbound leads who have expressed interest in franchising with the company
  • Schedule calls with company leadership (typically with Tim) for highly engaged or qualified candidates
  • Manage your sales pipeline in the CRM, including follow-ups, notes, and stage tracking
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize messaging and lead conversion
  • Stay knowledgeable about the company's model, licensing terms, and support structure to answer lead questions effectively
  • Work toward becoming a full-cycle closer
Minimum Requirements:
Language requirement: Excellent English communication and written skills (close to native accent)
Education: Bachelor's Degree (ideally)
Experience: 3+ years of related experience
  • Previous sales experience (B2C or B2B) required
  • Excellent English communication skills -- both written and spoken (close to native accent)
  • Strong phone presence and confidence in presenting to professionals
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple leads and follow-ups
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, ownership-driven approach to your pipeline
  • Tech-savvy -- comfortable using CRM systems and video conferencing platforms
  • Experience working with or selling to entrepreneurs or small business owners is a plus
