We are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative / Insurance Sales Executive with proven experience in the insurance sector to support business growth through outbound and inbound sales activities. This role is focused on prospecting, qualifying leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue through consultative selling.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of insurance products, excels in customer engagement, and demonstrates resilience, professionalism, and consistent sales performance.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in insurance sales, telesales, or sales development
- Strong knowledge of insurance products (e.g., life, health, short-term, or commercial insurance)
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience working with CRM systems and structured sales processes
