The Role

We're seeking highly motivated

Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)

to join our team. Based in South Africa, you will be responsible for reaching out to small and medium-sized businesses in the US, generating interest in our solutions, and booking qualified meetings for our Account Executives.

This role is ideal for someone with a hunter mentality, strong communication skills, and the discipline to work US business hours from South Africa.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) to US-based businesses. Qualify leads and schedule product demos or meetings for Account Executives. Manage and update lead records in the CRM with accurate information. Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls, meetings, and qualified opportunities. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting.
Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (SaaS/VoIP/UCaaS experience is a plus). Excellent spoken and written English (neutral/clear accent for US audience). Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily. Ability to work US hours from South Africa (typically 3:00 pm - 12:00 am SAST). Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable. Proficiency with Salesforce is a plus.
