Job Summary
Sales Development Representative (Remote - Based in Madagascar)
Our client is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their dynamic and fast-growing marketing and advertising team. This is a fully remote role, but applicants must be based in Madagascar.
As an SDR, you will play a key role in driving new business growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales cycle from first contact to handoff.
Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new clients through research, outreach, and market engagement
  • Qualify leads and arrange meetings for senior sales executives
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, social media, and additional channels
  • Communicate the company's services, offerings, and value proposition clearly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate lead and pipeline data in the CRM
  • Report regularly on sales activities and performance metrics
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to strengthen and streamline pipeline development
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in French and/or English (both are considered a strong advantage)
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage your workload independently
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to exceed targets and contribute to team success
