About This Role:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in expanding our client's market reach by identifying opportunities, fostering relationships, and promoting tailored solutions in the consumer goods and e-commerce space. Your ability to connect with business leaders and deliver value-driven conversations will directly impact business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct proactive outreach through cold calls and video meetings to identify businesses requiring enhanced online presence or consumer engagement strategies.
Build and nurture meaningful relationships with potential clients, emphasizing trust and value.
Promote our tailored solutions, such as website creation and digital marketing services, aligned with industry trends.
Qualify and convert leads into actionable opportunities for our client portfolio.
Maintain organized and accurate records of all interactions using CRM systems.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and align goals.
Provide valuable client feedback to improve service offerings and enhance user experience.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales performance targets.

Qualifications:
Must be a South African citizen.
At least 3-5 years of freelancing experience.
At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, lead generation, and customer engagement within freelancing or remote setups.
Proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently with business decision-makers, particularly through video calls.
Exceptional cold-calling and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities in a remote environment.
A results-driven mindset, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of website development or e-commerce is an advantage.
Adaptability to a fast-paced industry and evolving client needs.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.
