Industry: Healthcare / Home Care / Senior Services

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Intake Duties:

  • Conduct outbound outreach to hospitals, geriatric care professionals, clinics, social workers, and senior care facilities

  • Maintain daily responsiveness via WhatsApp, the team's primary communication tool
Administrative & VA Support:
  • Take incoming calls and messages from families, referral partners, and internal team
  • Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and internal meetings using shared calendars

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to build trust with internal and external stakeholders alike
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Based in South Africa -- preferred for communication clarity, initiative, and alignment with U.S. client expectations
