A business revolutionizing sleep comfort is looking for a Sales & Customer Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with technology and online shopping platforms, possess strong empathy in understanding customer journeys, and be committed to continuous learning to become a mattress and sleep expert. This role is key in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the brandxe2x80x99sreputation. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, NOT LIMITED TO:

• Handle customer inquiries and sales calls, ensuring a smooth communication channel.
• Become proficient in the businesxe2x80x99 product range and continuously build on this knowledge.
• Manage and respond to communications through various channels, including phone calls, social media (Facebook, Instagram), WhatsApp, and email.
• Utilize CRM platforms for managing and delegating email communications.
• Address customer service inquiries efficiently, providing tailored solutions and advice.
• Maintain high standards of verbal communication, serving as the first point of contact.
• Demonstrate an ability to learn and adapt to new software and online platforms quickly.
• Uphold the businessxe2x80x99 values of transparency, honesty, and ethical sales practices in all interactions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong affinity and familiarity with technology and online shopping platforms.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with a clear and strong command of English and proficiency in Afrikaans.
• Experience with customer service and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Comfortable in using various software tools and quick to adapt to new digital platforms.
• Ability to understand and empathise with customers, providing natural and well-thought-out responses.
• A passion for continuous learning and becoming an expert in the sleep and mattress industry.
• An ethical and transparent approach to sales and customer interactions.
• Prior experience with similar software is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to R20,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
