AfriMaths is a dynamic and fast-growing EdTech platform dedicated to transforming STEM education across Africa. Our digital learning environment offers interactive lessons, real-time tutoring, and scalable group and individual learning solutions tailored for learners, schools, and sponsors.
We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales & Corporate Engagement Manager to lead our sales and partnership expansion strategy in South Africa, particularly as we scale up school adoption, private sponsorships, and government collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Development & Execution
Design and implement national sales strategies to drive subscription growth across Gold, Platinum, and Diamond packages.
Recruit, train, and manage a national network of sales agents and territory reps.
Use CRM tools to track leads, conversions, and team performance.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Corporate & Government Partnerships
Lead school partnerships and engagement with the Department of Education and municipalities.
Secure sponsorships, donor funding, and corporate bulk partnerships.
Develop customized proposals and reports for partners and institutions.
Marketing & Brand Engagement
Represent AfriMaths at expos, district meetings, and educational events.
Identify local market trends and growth opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years experience in Sales, Business Development, or Stakeholder Engagement.
Knowledge of the South African education system (experience in EdTech is a plus).
Strong negotiation, presentation, and team leadership skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting.
Driver's license and willingness to travel regionally.
Remuneration & Benefits
Base Salary: R20,000 - R25,000/month (based on experience)
Commission & Bonuses: Performance-based (up to R10,000+ potential monthly)
