Dynamic sales consultantYou need to be extremely sales driven and positive.This role would involve advising students and offering online learning solutions to prospective students. You will be required to convert enquiries into sales, reach targets, build and maintain relationships with students as well as staying up to date with Professional Body and Industry changes.Responsibilities:Course Advisor via Email, Telephone, Website, Social Media Platforms etc. Provide all relevant information such as admission process, entry requirements, costs, lead times, cut off dates etc.Sales Consultant - converting student enquiries into salesUnderstand the business, offerings and benefits to avoid selling on priceRespond to all leads the same day the lead comes in, unless after hours then it needs to be responded to within 24 hoursCapturing student enquiries and leads generated on to databasesSchedule follow ups with prospective students and follow through on follow ups in order to secure salesIndicate all interaction with a student on sales platform - use indicators to help effectively sellProvide daily stats on enquiries, sales, conversion rates, follow ups completed, projected salesDevelop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team.Brain storm and investigate how to sell and enrol students even when the market is down or during non-seasonal periods. Implement said ideas once approval has been given.Stay positive and persist with sales and reaching targets even when prospective students are not interestedKeep up to date regarding any new offering and any new accreditations or additions - be it course changes, academic requirements, entry requirements etcRemain up to date with the mode and methods of study. Know how the online learning platforms work so you can sell it effectivelyGet to know your competitors. Understand what is that they sell and what edge they have.Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns and participating in Career Days and Expo'sGo the extra mile to engage with prospective studentsReach monthly and annual targetsCandidate Requirements:Matric / Grade 12 or NQF 4 EquivalentComputer LiterateExcellent communicator - both email and phonePositive, friendly and adaptable attitudeAttention to detailAbility to function in a highly pressurised environmentOwn transport or public - report to work on timePosition is based at the offices in Claremont, Cape TownExperience:2 years' sales experience within the educational and telesales sector will be advantageousCustomer Service experience or a course in Customer Care / Service will be advantageousCandidates with product knowledge on ICB, CSSA, ACCA, CIMA, AT(SA) will take preference.https://za.drakeintl.com/job-information?jobid=6180Refer a FriendIntroduce your friends to Drake and we will pay you up to R1000* if we place your friend in a permanent position.
