Sales Consultant/Education Advisor

Role Overview:
As a Sales Consultant/Education Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in connecting prospective students with educational opportunities that align with their career aspirations. Operating from our vibrant Uvongo office, you will engage with inbound leads, providing expert guidance and converting inquiries into enrollments. Your expertise in telesales and adeptness at closing deals will be crucial in driving our mission forward.
Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with inbound leads to assess and understand prospective students' educational needs.
• Provide detailed information about our course offerings, highlighting benefits and outcomes.
• Utilize strong telesales techniques to convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in education sales, preferably with backgrounds from institutions such as Educor, CityVarsity, Lyceum, Intec, Uni4, or GetSmarter.
• Proven track record in telesales with a strong emphasis on closing sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications.

Location: Uvongo, South Coast, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa
Salary: Competitive basic salary starting at R15,000 with an achievable On-Target Earnings (OTE) exceeding R35,000. Higher basic salary considered for exceptional candidates.
