Membership Sales Consultant - Full-Time
Location: Zone Fitness Milnerton
Zone Fitness Milnerton is seeking enthusiastic, ambitious, and sales-driven individuals to join our team as Membership Sales Consultants. If you are motivated by results, enjoy interacting with people, and have a passion for fitness, this role is the perfect fit.
What You'll Do
Actively promote and sell memberships to grow the Milnerton branch community Generate leads through outreach, referrals, and networking opportunities Convert walk-ins and enquiries into successful sales Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets Deliver professional service and uphold the Zone Fitness brand with pride
Minimum Requirements
Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent qualification) At least 6 months' proven sales experience (fitness industry background advantageous) Computer literacy Strong interpersonal and communication skills Persuasive, confident, and highly self-motivated Able to work well under pressure in a target-based role
