Membership Sales Consultant - Full-Time

Location: Zone Fitness Cape Quarter

Zone Fitness Cape Quarter is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and results-oriented individuals to join our sales team as Membership Sales Consultants. If you're passionate about health and fitness, love working with people, and thrive on achieving goals, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

Promote and sell memberships to expand the Cape Quarter branch's member community Actively generate and follow up on leads through outreach, networking, and referrals Convert walk-ins and enquiries into committed members Consistently achieve monthly sales targets with determination and focus Provide professional, friendly service while representing the Zone Fitness brand
Minimum Requirements

Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent qualification) At least 6 months of proven sales experience (fitness industry experience will be an advantage) Basic computer literacy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident, persuasive, and results-driven personality Ability to work under pressure and stay motivated in a competitive sales environment
