Job Description

Are you a dynamic High performing and Dynamic Sales Consultant with experience selling Technical products.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 5 to 10 Years' solution sales experience of which at least 3 years' must be from a TES Blue and White-Collar Sales environment
Recruitment and Selection experience
Must be familiar with the Labour Legislation (BCEA, LRA and Bargaining Councils)
Inherent Requirements:
New business development experience within various industries such as Manufacturing, Agriculture, Logistics, Warehousing, Petrochemical, and Mining
Proven successful sales track record of securing new TES business * Computer literacy: MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle (essential)
Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to communicate effectively with Clients

Preferred Requirements:

Willing to work under extreme pressure

Expand and maintain a robust client database through effective networking
Proactively engage in cold calling and lead generation to meet specified targets
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct daily client meetings in accordance with set targets
Provide exemplary customer service to enhance opportunities for repeat business
Efficiently handle and resolve customer queries
Prepare and present tailored solutions to clients
Demonstrate effective negotiation skills for rates and service fees
Generate and follow up on client quotations, ensuring successful closure
Conduct thorough research on clients before meetings to optimize networking opportunities
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets * Ensure the attainment of monthly financial goals established by Management
