Role Overview



Shenge La Tech is seeking a driven and professional Sales Consultant to support and grow the company's business through effective sales execution, bid management, and customer engagement. The role requires a disciplined individual who can manage sales processes, coordinate bid activities, and maintain strong client relationships while meeting high performance standards.

Key Responsibilities



Provide administrative and sales support to internal teams and external customers. Promote, market, and extend the business of Shenge La Tech. Devote full attention to assigned duties during normal business hours and additional time as reasonably required. Travel locally, to other provinces, or internationally when required. Maintain professionalism, integrity, diligence, and self-discipline at all times. Meet high-performance standards and proactively communicate, in writing, any challenges impacting performance.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities



Bid Planning:

Develop and implement bid strategies aligned with organizational objectives and client requirements, including review of RFPs and feasibility assessments.

Team Coordination:

Assemble and coordinate bid teams, assign responsibilities, manage deadlines, and ensure effective collaboration.

Proposal Development:

Oversee the preparation, writing, editing, and review of proposal documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client needs.

Compliance Management:

Ensure all proposals comply with client specifications, submission guidelines, formatting requirements, and applicable regulations.

Bid Submission:

Manage the end-to-end bid submission process, ensuring timely and correct delivery in the required format.

Post-Submission Activities:

Respond to client queries, participate in bid presentations or interviews, and conduct debriefings on bid outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience



Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a related client-facing role.

Core Skills and Competencies



Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong active listening abilities and the capacity to explain complex concepts clearly.

Persuasion & Negotiation:

Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to manage objections effectively.

Customer Focus:

A genuine commitment to understanding client needs and providing effective solutions.

Resilience & Drive:

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of handling rejection and working under pressure.
