About the role
The New Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities through relationship-led sales strategies. This role requires a proactive, people-oriented professional who can cultivate meaningful connections with prospective clients, understand their needs, and position tailored solutions that deliver long-term value. Success in this role hinges on trust-building, networking, and a deep understanding of the market landscape.
Key duties and responsibilities
:
Lead Management & Sales Generation
+ Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound leads and new client enquiries.
+ Understand client needs and confidently recommend appropriate Reflex Solutions services.
+ Convert leads into sales by building trust, offering value, and positioning relevant solutions.
+ Leverage your existing base of connectivity clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
S
ales Process Management
+ Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure, ensuring a seamless experience for the client.
+ Accurately complete and submit all sales documentation and required paperwork within set deadlines.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover, implementation, and service delivery.
+ Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activity and opportunities in the CRM system.
Client & Partner Relationship Management
+ Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with SME clients, landlords, and channel partners.
+ Proactively grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
+ Act as a brand ambassador for Reflex Solutions, consistently representing the company with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Education, Experience and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in [Business] or related discipline.
Minimum [3] years professional experience in Fibre Industry doing sales and relationship building.
Technical certifications (advantage)
Sales or Marketing experience beneficial
