Proactively canvas assigned territories to identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
Build and manage a strong pipeline through networking, cold calling, industry events, and strategic partnerships
Engage clients, consultants, and engineering firms to understand security challenges and operational requirements
Scope and design end-to-end security solutions including access control, video surveillance (VMS), intrusion detection, and integrated systems
Collaborate closely with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure solutions are viable, scalable, and client-aligned
Prepare accurate project costings covering hardware, software, installation, and service agreements
Compile and present professional proposals and respond to RFPs within required timelines
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements to secure profitable new business
Own and manage the full sales cycle using CRM tools, including forecasting and reporting
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging security technologies
What you'll need
3 - 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience in security technology or electronic security solutions
Proven hunter mentality with a track record of exceeding sales targets
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to articulate complex security systems
Experience in project scoping, solution design, and commercial costing
Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Valid driver's license and own vehicle (mandatory)
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Clear criminal record
