As a Sales Agent Outbound, your main responsibility will be to sell various Direct Delivery products, with a focus on funeral cover, to our valuable customers. You'll be using a pre-determined script to cross-sell related products and navigate various systems to ensure correct client information is captured.
We're looking for candidates with but not limited to:
- Matric qualification
- English proficiency
- basic understanding of long-term insurance (although this is advantageous, not mandatory).
- 1 year of Call Centre experience
- Regulatory examination (RE5)
