Duties & Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Proactively identify and secure new business within the Reaction security sector.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Sales Administration & Reporting
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking all client interactions and business opportunities.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
Ensure compliance with company sales procedures, policies, and ethical standards.
Required Skills
Sales Representation: 2-3 years
Cold Calling: 2-3 years
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the
security industry
.
Demonstrated ability to generate leads and secure new business through
cold calling
and networking.
PSIRA registration (advantageous).
Results-driven, goal-oriented, and assertive.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Product knowledge in DSC, IDS, Paradox alarm systems, and armed response services is an advantage.
