KEY PERFORMANCE OUTPUTS
Order Organisation
Manage orders until payment is completed.
Process returns and credit notes in accordance with the established procedures
Ensure that shipment dates are updated periodically
Manage quote submissions, and order processing
Sales Targets Achievement
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Generate a specific number of new client accounts per period.
Produce weekly/monthly sales reports vs targets
Client Relationship Management
Understand and manage client expectations
Generating leads by building relationships with potential and existing clients
Enhancing customer experience
Provide outstanding service to consumers both before and after the sale
Refer to all client complaints received telephonically to the appropriate manager
Maintain a customer database
Product Knowledge & Promotion
