Grow and sustain engines sales within allocated territories/ customer base.
Effective territory and accounts management
Tender process management.
Generate leads and build customer relationships.
Find new business opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline for future deals.
Accurately and efficiently deal with sales administrative tasks.
Sales forecasting.
Effective self-management and performance ownership.
Manage all aspects of sales process.
Knowledge of Perkins Electric Power and Industrial product line including accessories and work tools
Knowledge of CRM
Knowledge of MS office
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
Minimum 5 years sales experience of Electrical power and or industrial equipment/ engines
Electrical engineering/ Mechanical engineering Diploma or equivalent
Salesforce Experience.
Computer Literacy & Knowledge of MS office.
Good customer relationship skills.
Business planning and development skills and knowledge.
Strong communication, negotiating and presentation skills.
Time and self-management
Sound technical knowledge of Perkins engines, accessories and work tools.
Extensive Experience in a Technical Sales Role (Electrical Power and or Industrial Equipment).
