Membership Sales Consultant - Full-Time

Location: Zone Fitness Watergate

Zone Fitness Watergate is searching for dynamic, outgoing, and goal-focused individuals to join our sales team as Membership Sales Consultants. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and helping people commit to a healthier lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell memberships to grow the Watergate branch's member community Identify and follow up on leads through referrals, outreach, and events Convert walk-ins and enquiries into successful sales Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets with consistent effort Provide professional, friendly service to prospective members
Minimum Requirements

Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent) At least 6 months of proven sales experience (experience in the fitness industry is an advantage) Basic computer literacy Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Energetic, persuasive, and highly motivated Resilient and able to perform well under pressure
