Responsibilities for Sales Agent

Establish relationships with new customers Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service Identify stay online and respond to all client enquiries. Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in Follow up on customer orders Anticipate the needs of clients and address them accordingly Excellent oral and written communication skills Superior interpersonal skills Ability to take initiative and work independently Exceptional organizational skills Good familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet and database applications 2+ years of experience in sales 2+ years of experience in a similar industry Confident and charismatic approach to people Formal at all times Picking stock and preparing orders Must be fully bilingual (English/Afrikaans) Must have online sales experience
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R8000,00 - R9000,00 per month
