As a Sales Consultant at Leroy Merlin, you'll be the face of our store, helping customers discover products and solutions that t their needs while creating a positive and welcoming shopping experience. You'll be instrumental in driving sales, delivering outstanding customer service, and enhancing customer loyalty.
Responsibilities:
Guiding Customers
Actively assist customers in identifying products that meet their needs.
Share in-depth knowledge on product features, pricing, and availability.
Provide personalised recommendations and suggest complementary products to elevate the shopping experience.
Creating a Shopping Experience
Keep the sales floor clean, organised, and visually appealing.
Arrange and refresh product displays to engage customers.
Ensure shelves are fully stocked, tracking and reporting inventory needs as necessary.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience
Matric or equivalent certification.
1-2 years of retail sales experience, ideally in a customer-focused role.
Knowledge of home improvement products is an asset.
Specific Requirements
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer applications.
* Physical ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift heavy items.
