Job Description

Minimum requirements for the role:

• Must have completed Grade 12 or equivalent
• Proven sales experience in a similar role, with a track record of exceeding sales targets for at least five years will be required
• A passion for sales with a customer-focused mindset are important
• Must have experience in managing multiple sales projects simultaneously and delivering timely sales targets (minimum target of 3 sales per month is required)
• Strong negotiation and closing skills are a prerequisite for this role
• Must have knowledge of CRM software and ability to use it effectively to manage leads and track sales activities.
• Must have a valid drivers license, with own reliable transport and be willing to travel and be away from home for short periods

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to identify and pursue new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Proactively seeking out new business opportunities and build a robust pipeline of leads.
• Conducting thorough needs assessments with clients to determine the best mobility solution unique to the clients requirements and provide expert product knowledge and advice.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Collaborating with the installation team to ensure a smooth installation process for the client.
• Following up with outstanding accounts promptly and take necessary steps to resolve any issues.
• Staying current with industry trends and developments, and leveraging this knowledge to position the company as a leader in the market.
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture and work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Adhering to high ethical standards of behaviour in all aspects of your work, including honesty, accountability, and integrity.
