Proven sales experience in a similar role, with a track record of exceeding sales targets for at least five years will be required
A passion for sales with a customer-focused mindset are important
Must have experience in managing multiple sales projects simultaneously and delivering timely sales targets (minimum target of 3 sales per month is required)
Strong negotiation and closing skills are a prerequisite for this role
Must have knowledge of CRM software and ability to use it effectively to manage leads and track sales activities.
Must have a valid drivers license, with own reliable transport and be willing to travel and be away from home for short periods
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to identify and pursue new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
Proactively seeking out new business opportunities and build a robust pipeline of leads.
Conducting thorough needs assessments with clients to determine the best mobility solution unique to the clients requirements and provide expert product knowledge and advice.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Collaborating with the installation team to ensure a smooth installation process for the client.
Following up with outstanding accounts promptly and take necessary steps to resolve any issues.
Staying current with industry trends and developments, and leveraging this knowledge to position the company as a leader in the market.
Contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture and work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Adhering to high ethical standards of behaviour in all aspects of your work, including honesty, accountability, and integrity.
