Role Overview



As a

Precious Metals Sales Opener

, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing enquiries who have shown interest in investing in physical gold and silver.

This is a phone-based, conversational role focused on opening relationships, qualifying interest, and booking warm, high-quality calls for senior consultants. You are not required to close deals; your role is to create momentum, trust, and clear next steps.

This is an office-based position with performance-based commission, ideal for someone confident on the phone, personable, and comfortable speaking to UK-based clients.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to cold, warm and hot leads generated via marketing and advertising Act as the first human touchpoint for prospective investors Build rapport quickly and communicate professionally with UK clients Ask qualifying questions to understand interest level, experience with gold/silver, indicative budget and timeline Educate prospects at a high level (no deep technical selling required) Book qualified follow-up calls with senior Precious Metals Consultants Accurately update CRM notes, call outcomes, and next steps Re-engage older leads to revive interest where appropriate Attend team training, call reviews, and daily check-ins

Compensation & Commission Structure



Commission:

0.1-1.5% based on asset type 0.1-0.2% on lower-margin items such as bullion bars and coins. 1-1.5% on collectible and premium investment products (e.g. PCGS/NGC graded coins, proof coins, limited editions).

Contract Terms



Initial Term:

6-month contract as an independent consultant.

Renewal:

Contract subject to renewal based on performance and review at 6 months. High performers may be offered a pathway to full-time employment with BH International Ltd in the UK.

Ideal Candidate Profile



1+ years of sales experience (preferably in financial services, luxury goods, or investment products). Confident, articulate, and professional communicator with excellent English skills. Strong ability to build trust, explain investment concepts, and close deals. Target-driven and self-motivated with the discipline to work remotely when necessary. Eager to develop industry expertise and grow with the company.

Contractor Requirements



As a South Africa-based contractor, you will:

Operate independently but be provided an office space to work from and basic work set up (Phone, CRM, work laptop). Invoice monthly for services provided. Handle your own local tax affairs. Commit to full-time availability aligned with UK business hours.
