Key Responsibilities:

- Database Management: Ensure data hygiene in the CRM, managing client information and development details.
- Relationship Selling: Engage with prospects and customers through regular communication to foster long-term relationships.
- Sales Process Adherence: Apply the sales methodology and administrative processes effectively throughout the deal-making stages.
- Market Research: Compile competitor information and provide input on project planning and pricing.
- Experience: 5-10 years in property sales, particularly in high-value areas, or a background in financial advice/investment sales.
- Track Record: Proven history of exceeding sales targets consistently.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in investment analysis and Microsoft Excel.
- Network: A deep network of past buyers and solid prospects is essential for success in this role.
