What We're Looking For
High-energy individuals with a
professional, positive attitude
Proven ability tosell, close, and consistently meet or exceed targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A genuine passion for helping customers find theright bed or mattress
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learnMust reside in Cape Town or surrounding areas
Must have own reliable transport (non-negotiable)
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with product selection and provide expert advice Deliver outstanding in-store customer service Actively drive sales and achieve monthly targets Maintain high standards of store presentation Build strong product knowledge and represent the brand professionally
