? Key Responsibilities:

• ? Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, architects & project managers.
• ? Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Johannesburg and beyond.
• ? Understand client needs to offer custom-fit, smart workspace solutions.
• ? Prepare and deliver engaging proposals, quotes & presentations.
• ? Collaborate closely with design and project teams to ensure project success.
• ? Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals!

? Requirements:

• ? Proven B2B sales experience - ideally in office design, fit-outs, property, or similar.
• ?? Top-notch communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
• ? A confident self-starter who works well both independently and in a team.
• ? A strong grasp of SA's commercial property & design landscape is a plus.
• ? Own vehicle and valid driver's license a must.
