? Remote Sales Representative - Property & Short-Term Finance Solutions - Cape Town ?
Are you a motivated sales professional with experience in property, finance, or short-term lending? We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join a growing team in Cape Town.
What We're Looking For:
? Matric with 2+ years of sales experience
? Experience in property finance, mortgage solutions, or short-term lending is a plus
? Proficient in MS Office & Excel
? Valid driver's license and own transport
? Self-motivated and able to work independently
? Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
? Strong time management and attention to detail
? Bilingual (Afrikaans & English) is advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a client portfolio
- Prospect for new leads and convert them into clients
- Schedule meetings and present finance solutions
- Follow up on quotes and leads consistently
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
- Laptop and mobile phone for work
- Marketing and sales support materials
- Training provided
- Petrol reimbursement
- Competitive salary plus commission
- Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 (flexible with client visits) - Remote
