Job Description


In this hybrid office-based role, you will use the CRM, to drive sales and build lasting relationships with our clients. With a focus on lead generation, consultative sales, and relationship building, you will engage potential clients, present our products, and close deals. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of relevant sales experience, a proven track record of meeting targets, and familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients based on provided leads and target lists.
  • Identify and qualify prospects, understanding their needs and determining if our products align with their requirements.
  • Leverage the CRM to efficiently manage and track leads, contacts, and sales activities.
2. Consultative Sales:
  • Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations, presenting our products and their benefits.
  • Address client inquiries, provide accurate information, and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively articulate our value proposition.
  • Collaborate with sales managers and team members to optimize sales strategies and achieve individual and team targets.
3. Relationship Building:
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Utilize the CRM to record and update client interactions, notes, and sales-related activities.
4. Sales Administration:
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and other administrative documentation as required.
  • Collaborate with the sales operations team to ensure data integrity in the CRM and facilitate smooth sales processes.
  • Continuously update and enhance the CRM records with accurate client information, sales stages, and relevant notes.
5. Product Knowledge and Training:
  • Stay updated on the features, benefits, and applications of our products/services.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and understanding of the CRM functionalities.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to foster a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a telesales or customer-facing sales role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or other CRM systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a B2B sales environment.
  • Knowledge of the Software Sales and understanding of customer needs and pain points.
