Key Output
Meet month-to-month sales target in New, Used and Rental
Sustain and grow machine sales and rental hours within allocated territories/ customer base
Effective territory management
Accurately and efficiently deal with sales administrative tasks
Effective self-management and performance ownership
Manage all aspects of sales process
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
B. Tech Sales/Marketing Diploma or equivalent
Grade 12
5 years earthmoving sales experience (CAT) is preferable, however 5-10 yrs. Sales experience with a premium brand customer
Business development skills and knowledge
Sound MS Office knowledge
Sound business communication and presentation skills
Must have knowledge of Mandarin language (Literacy and speaking)
Willing to travel
Competencies
Communication and facilitation skills
Relations development skills and financial acumen
* Business planning, development skills and technical Knowledge.
