We're hiring

fluent German speakers

to join an international

sales and business development team

representing top-tier technology clients across Europe.

You'll engage directly with business decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and generate high-quality B2B leads. This is an

outbound role

and enjoy building relationships across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound B2B calls to senior decision-makers across Europe Conduct professional sales conversations and qualify potential leads Record accurate data and insights into CRM systems (Salesforce / HubSpot) Meet and exceed personal and team targets Work closely with international team leaders and clients

Requirements

Fluent German + strong English

communication skills (verbal & written) Minimum 1 year experience in

outbound sales, lead generation, or telemarketing

Consistent work history with strong references Confident, engaging phone presence Competent in Excel and CRM platforms Able to work full-time from our

Cape Town office

(08:00-17:00 SAST)
