Job Description
Have you been in charge of a team with the day-to-day sales operations?
Our client based in Montague Gardens, a national concern that is very well established, requires a new successful Sales & Branch Manager who has minimum five years in management driving the sales of their product range relating to the construction industry
Excellent opportunity for a long term career move reporting to their Head Office.
REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12/National Senior Certificate
- +5 years' experience in the technical industry
- Management experience
- Ability to drive sales
- Valid driver's license (code 8)
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)
- Total management of the branch (e.g., open and close the office daily)
- Lead and manage the branch employees
- Oversee all branch administrative functions and operations
- Maintain accurate inventory levels
- Set and meet monthly/yearly sales targets
- Support high-quality customer service
- Ensure compliance with company standards and policies
