Sales Associate/Roodepoort
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, customer service, and building strong relationships with clients. This role will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and growing existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer service and client retention
- Actively promote and sell products or services to meet sales targets and KPIs
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide relevant and accurate information to clients
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to meet business objectives and ensure a cohesive approach to sales and account management
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Monitor and report on sales activities and performance on a regular basis
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) or an equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed
- Availability to travel when necessary
