Job Responsibilities:
Engage and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering expert advice on frame selection, lens options, and eyewear trends.
Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, including adjustments, fittings, and maintenance instructions.
Handle sales transactions, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and managing inventory systems.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring eyewear displays are attractive and well-stocked.
Stay updated on industry trends, new product releases, and competitive offerings to provide customers with the latest fashion and optical information.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Assist in resolving customer concerns or complaints, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a retail sales role, preferably in the eyewear or optics industry.
Strong knowledge of fashion eyewear brands, lens types, and optical products.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking skills.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
