Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in providing excellent service, assisting customers with purchases, and ensuring the store meets its sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain strong product knowledge to guide customer choices
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns with care
Requirements:
Previous retail or customer service experience (advantageous but not required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and passion for helping customers
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
