Duties 
Customer Experience 
  Be professional 
  Greet, smile and acknowledge customers 
  Know layout of store to direct customers to products 
 Store Disciplines & Productivity 
  Opening & closing procedures are followed 
  To ensure all merchandising principles are in place at all times and that every item is ticketed 
 Minimise risk through process compliance: 
  Ensure accurate receiving and checking of all store deliveries as per store manual 
  Ensure accurate stock counts & checking of product expiry dates 
  Cash handling - assist at point of sale and with cash ups 
Requirements 
  Grade 12 
  Minimum 2 years retail experience would be advantageous 
  A genuine interest in health and wellness - brand ambassadors 
  Basic computer literacy 
  Very good written and verbal communication skills 
  Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours 
  Competency Assessment Achieved 
  EE Position: No
